The Britax Römer i-Size Flex Base provides a safe and ergonomic recline position for your child. The Flex Base is to be connected to the Isofix anchor points of your car by using the Isofix hooks. After that, you simply need to click the infant car seat onto the base and you are ready to go. With only a flick of the wrist on the back of the infant car seat makes releasing it even simpler. The inclination of the Flex Base can be adjusted in four different levels and ensures a flatter position of the infant car seat even in case of more inclined seats in your car.

At the beginning, the neck muscles of newborn babies is not yet fully developed which is why your child should preferably lie in a flat position. The patented technology by Britax Römer ensures such a position. Adjusting the recline position is very simple - when you adjust the height of the headrest, the recline position adapts accordingly. The built-in newborn insert with shock-absorbing foam padding provides extra support and additional protection.

The SICT technology is to be activated on the door side of the car seat at all times. The side impact protection technology provides a double protection for your child. In case of a side impact, the forces that occur are distributed away from your little one and then absorbed.

The 5-point safety belt is perfectly suitable for your child. It keeps him safe in the shell and distributed the forces that occur in the event of an impact via five different points. The padded headrest as well as the shoulder straps can be adjusted easily and with only one hand - that way, they can be adapted perfectly to the size of your child.

Tip: Please make sure that the headrest is always in the correct position above the shoulders of your child.

The sun canopy offers protection against wind and sunshine. Due to the fact that the attachment points are located on the side of the carrying handle, you can easily carry infant car seat even when canopy is opened. The carrying handle can be unlocked on each side and adjusted in an easy and effortless way. IESF》世界電競最高聖殿降臨高雄 許立明：我們準備好了！

[新頭殼newtalk] 第10屆IESF世界電競錦標賽11月將在高雄開打，高雄市長許立明今（20）日表示，曾經夢想打電動可以成為一種職業，如今夢想成真，全世界最高的電競聖殿降臨高雄巨蛋，面對來自全世界的挑戰，「高雄準備好了！」

許立明今晚透過臉書發文表示，他的成長經驗和很多人一樣，學生時代也很喜歡電玩遊戲，當時都玩《世紀帝國》，甚至曾經夢想，有一天打電動可以成為一種職業。如今在教育部體育署、中華民國電競運動協會的推動、選手的努力、贊助廠商的支持下，夢想終於成真。

許立明說，IESF世界電競錦標賽是全世界電競的最高聖殿，IESF是全世界最正式的電競品牌，它的會員來自個別國家，以國家為單位，目前已經接近50個會員，這次比賽也會邀請所有會員國正式參與，真的讓人非常興奮。

許立明表示，高雄是最支持電競產業，也是最適合電競發展的城市，去年在高雄港、愛河灣旁的海洋流行音樂中心，拿了鯨魚館出來，設立全台灣第一個，也是唯一一個專業電競場館，在這最好的環境下，台灣的電競選手會受到最完整的訓練和所有週邊的服務。

此外，高雄有最完整的學校資源與人才培育，從高中到大學所有電競相關的課程和完整學程，讓我們的選手或有志成為選手的人，在教育學習訓練甚至於整個職涯上面，擁有最完整的串聯。

許立明指出，去年11月立法院通過將電子競技納入運動產業發展條例，國際奧會已正式指定電競成為2018年亞運的示範項目，2022年亞運將成為正式項目，甚至未來奧運項目也可能把電競列入，代表台灣要面對來自全世界的挑戰，「我想，高雄準備好了！」

許立明說，現在高雄流行「要宅就宅在最美的地方」這句話，歡迎大家11月9日到11日來到高雄，一起共同見證、共同參與，全世界最高的電競聖殿降臨高雄巨蛋！

走出罕見肺癌迷陣。在台灣，每年有近1萬人死於肺癌，根據衛生福利部2016年公布的統計資料顯示，肺癌連續十年位居十大癌症死亡率第1名，儼然已成為台灣的「新國病」。肺癌早期幾乎沒有明顯症狀，就像一般感冒僅出現咳嗽情況，容易輕忽，當出現明顯症狀時，往往已經為晚期肺癌。許多民眾不知道，肺癌可細分為多種不同型別及基因變異，除了最常見的EGFR突變的肺腺癌外，更有多種不同型別的罕見肺癌如：Neuroendocrine、BRAF、ALK、ROS-1等等，這幾種罕見肺癌目前都有相對應的治療選項。然許多患者卻對此不甚了解，常常有如走入迷陣，不知下一步該怎麼辦。

臺北榮民總醫院胸腔部一般胸腔科陳育民主任表示，國內肺癌患者大多屬於非小細胞肺癌，但非小細胞肺癌又可細分為不同型別及多種基因變異，以EGFR肺腺癌佔大宗，其他型別大多佔比都不超過5%。肺癌晚期治療以化療、放療、免疫療法和標靶治療為主，目前針對罕見肺癌已有越來越多相對應治療能針對特定型別癌細胞攻擊，建議可進行基因檢測，針對癌細胞進行化驗，確定基因突變的型別，即可施以相對應治療，達到個人化治療的目標，也讓晚期肺癌患者的治療里程向前推進一大步。

除了藥物的進步外，檢測技術也大幅提升，相較以往組織切片可能替患者帶來的額外風險，最新技術的基因檢測只需少量的病理組織或抽血，即可一次檢驗多基因的變異，確認病人的型別，加速治療精選優惠僅此一檔的行程及準確性。

現今晚期肺腺癌治療已走向個人化治療時代，一旦透過病理或基因檢測確認型別，即可依照檢測的結果，提供不同對應的治療。

以ALK的病人為例，在接受治療後往往會產生多樣的基因變異，導致原先的藥物無法繼續作用，若能清楚知道基因突變型別即可再次精準給藥，達到治療目標，隨著治療的進步，患者能夠穩定控制疾病的機率也大幅提升。

以往接觸過不少罕見肺癌患者及家屬，還沒辦法從親人罹患晚期肺癌的震驚走出，就必須面對接踵而至的一連串診治課題；尤其肺癌型別眾多，要如何確認型別及基因變異，甚至從眾多藥物中選擇最適切的治療藥物，對患者、家屬來說實屬困擾。

如今，像是Neuroendocrine、BRAF、ALK等多種不同的罕見肺癌目前都有不同相對應藥物可供治療。透過病理及基因檢測，即可確認肺癌型別，輔以選擇相對應控制病情的藥物，相信定能幫助到許多徬徨無助的罕見肺癌患者，穩定病情並提升生活品質。

癌症形成的原因眾多，若患者確診為非小細胞肺癌，應積極確認肺癌型別及基因變異的情形，以選擇相對應的藥物來做治療；只要投與正確的藥物治療，都有機會有效延長疾病控制時間。罕見肺癌治療如籃球賽事一般，瞭解肺癌型別及基因變異猶如掌握對手佈陣，就能以大剋小，以快制慢，把握人生最佳得分。
